Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
Stendly is a non-custodial software interface. We do not act as a financial intermediary, do not hold user funds, and collect minimal personal data. This policy describes what information we collect and how it is used.
Data We Collect
- Authentication data: Email address or phone number, used solely for account authentication and recovery.
- On-chain data: Solana wallet addresses and transaction hashes. This data is publicly available on the blockchain and is not collected by us.
- Usage analytics: Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics via privacy-respecting analytics tools. No personally identifiable information is collected.
- API logs: Merchant API requests are logged for debugging and security purposes. Logs contain API key hashes (not the keys themselves), timestamps, and request metadata.

- We do not collect names, physical addresses, or government-issued IDs.
- We do not collect or store private keys, seed phrases, or PIN codes.
- We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
- We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.
Data Security
All personal data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. Authentication credentials are hashed and salted. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting support@stendly.com. Upon deletion, all personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
