Not a Financial Service

Stendly is not a financial institution, payment processor, money transmitter, or custodian. We do not hold, transfer, escrow, or manage user funds. All transactions occur directly on the Solana blockchain between the parties involved.

No Legal Entity

Stendly is currently operated by individual developers and is not registered as a legal entity in any jurisdiction. Users acknowledge that there is no corporate entity to pursue legal action against.

Risk Acknowledgment

  • Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. If you send funds to an incorrect address, they cannot be recovered.
  • The Solana network may experience congestion, outages, or other issues beyond our control.
  • The value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate significantly. Stendly does not provide any guarantee regarding the value of assets.
  • You are solely responsible for securing your PIN code and access credentials. Stendly cannot recover lost credentials.

No Warranty

Stendly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stendly and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.

Stendly may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., blockchain explorers, exchanges). We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of these services.
